Q2. What about the delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 20 working days after we receive the deposit.

Q3. What kind of payment do you support?

 A: T/T, L/C, West Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance. T/T is usually.

Q4. How to proceed an order for Seven Machine?
A: Firstly, tell us your requirements, if you can send a photo where you will use the machine, it will be better.
Secondly, we send you our suggestions and quote according to the practical situation. 
Thirdly, you confirm the quotation along with your request details and places deposit.
Then we arrange the production. Once we finish the production, we will send photos  for your reference.

 Q5. How to transfer the machine?

A: It  is usually shipped by sea. Plywood package and LCL in a 20' container.

The ship has to be booked one-week before, and shipping time is usually longer, please be patient.

Q6. Is it OK to print my LOGO on the machine?
A:Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and send us your high pixel LOGO.

Q7: How to deal with the broken?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality, we must test it before we sending out each machine.
Secondly, we will buy an in surance for any CIF product to make sure every Seven Machine safety in shipping.

If any parts broken, you can tell us, we have one year warranty and free send you a new spare parts and we supply technical supporting all the times.
